The Finance Department is managed by the Finance Director, and as the custodian of public funds, is responsible for:
- Managing and safeguarding the City’s financial resources
- Developing and implementing the financial policies of the City and recording all City funds
- Fiscal support and services to all City departments and programs
- Ensuring that all economic affairs of the City are effectively managed in accordance with the Municipal code
- Policy and State and Federal Statutes

- Accounts receivable
- Cashiering
- Utility billing
- Municipal Court functions
