Under Blaine Municipal Code 3.11, in accordance with the provisions of RCW Title 82, the City of Blaine levies a tax of one cent ($0.01) per gallon of motor vehicle fuel or special fuel. Taxes are due on the 25th of the month for fuel sold in the previous calendar month.
